What is pomodoro timer?
The Pomodoro Technique is a time-management method: 25 minutes of focused work, then a 5-minute break. After 4 work sessions, take a longer 15-minute break. The breaks are essential — they are what keep you from burning out, not a reward.
Start the timer, work until it chimes, take a break, and repeat. The session counter shows your progress through the cycle. Adjust the phase lengths to fit your work style — some people prefer 50/10, others 90/20.
